Skin Fittings
& Valves

We specialise in the servicing, inspection or replacement of skin fittings and valves in all types of vessels, from 10ft to over 100ft and have the skills and knowhow to tackle the most awkward of setups. we regularly carry out refits on commercial vessels and supply services and reports for the MCA coding. We can also design and install bespoke systems if required and can assist with any paperwork needed

Purbeck Marine often carries out works on many tanks, we can inspect, pressure test, pump out clean and replace any size or style of tank and have the experience and equipment, we often carry these works out on launches, sailing yachts, motor boats, commercial craft and ferry boats, please get in contact and we will offer you the best service for your requirements
Rib Refurbishment &
Tube Manufacturing

On site we can have rib repairs and re tubes carried out, these repairs will be performed by an industry leading bespoke rib designer who we often work alongside on leisure, commercial and superyacht tender projects. This gives us both the ability to offer high quality tube repairs combined with any technical engineering requirements. We can organise any work and act as a one stop shop for refit work.
They even have an upholstery department who stitch to the highest of standards worthy of the finest of craft
Paint Works
& Repairs

On site we have a fully functioning custom made spray booth for yachts and vessels up to 60ft in length, this facility is ran by a globally recognised spraying firm who repairs, reconditions and modifies equipment, hulls and superstructures to superyacht standards, we regularly work in partnership on projects and we can price, organise and assist with all of your painting requirements.

Anodes

Having fresh anodes correctly installed on particular areas of the boat and equipment helps reduce, if not stop, any form of seawater corrosion to important and expensive metal parts. This includes the engine and outdrive components, propellers, shafts and even bow thrusters and skin fittings. At Purbeck Marine, we understand that failing to keep up with this maintenance could result in huge costs or unwanted breakdowns or failures in the future, so are always on hand to assist you.
As part of our Anode Inspection service we will assess, replace, clean up and install new anodes upon request to ensure your boat is protected for the season ahead.
We can supply any anode in any material for any product, weather its for your hull, engine, propeller, shaft, sterndrive or saildrive. We stock many types and can usually obtain any anode within 24 hours.
